Debora was born and raised in Brazil. She grew up in a Christian home and her parents played a significant role in her decision to follow Jesus. During her teenage years, she chose to pursue a career in medicine with the hope of one day using her expertise on the mission field. She graduated from medical school in 2007 and completed her
Debora was born and raised in Brazil. She grew up in a Christian home and her parents played a significant role in her decision to follow Jesus. During her teenage years, she chose to pursue a career in medicine with the hope of one day using her expertise on the mission field. She graduated from medical school in 2007 and completed her pediatrics residency in 2010. Debora then spent about six years working as an ER pediatrician in Brazil.

Will was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and gave his life to Christ as a child. An American missionary at his church had a great impact on his decision to follow Christ and become a missionary himself. Will has always been passionate about aviation and decided to be a pilot at a very young age. At age 16, Will came to the United S
Will was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and gave his life to Christ as a child. An American missionary at his church had a great impact on his decision to follow Christ and become a missionary himself. Will has always been passionate about aviation and decided to be a pilot at a very young age. At age 16, Will came to the United States as a high school exchange student. He lived with a Christian family in Indiana who helped him through flight training, aircraft mechanic training and Bible college. Will returned to Brazil where he flew Boeing 737s and Airbus A320s for the airlines. After a few years, he returned to the US to serve as a flight instructor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He later on proceeded to fly for a US carrier.

Alex was born in the US and raised in Brazil. Coming from a family of coffee farmers, he grew up with a long-standing passion for aviation, graduating as a pilot from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, currently the leading aerospace-driven educational institute and well known for its rigorous flight training.
His upbringing was bright,
Alex was born in the US and raised in Brazil. Coming from a family of coffee farmers, he grew up with a long-standing passion for aviation, graduating as a pilot from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, currently the leading aerospace-driven educational institute and well known for its rigorous flight training.
His upbringing was bright, working as a junior councilman in his hometown at the age of 13.
Alex also worked for renowned companies from the aerospace industry, such as Gulfstream and Boeing.
Today, Alex is seeking his Master's degree at NYU Stern, applying the business knowledge gathered to leverage his contribution here at AMMA.
